Keith Alexander

Executive VP & COO

Keith Alexander, Jr., is Executive Vice President for Dynasty Energy Services and has over 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in the fishing and rental tools segment.

Beginning in 1967, Keith has held numerous operations, sales, and management positions in the US and globally, covering many of the major oil/gas producing regions of the world.

David Ruttley

Vice President of Research & Development

Dave Ruttley is Vice President of Research and Development for Dynasty Energy Services. Dave has over 45 years of global experience in the oil field ranging from derrick hand, tool pusher, rig superintendent, fishing tool supervisor, plug & abandonment project manager, technical advisor, tool designer and business owner. Dave holds over (25) patents on surface, down hole service tools and equipment. Dave is the inventor and patent holder for numerous section milling technologies. Prior to joining Dynasty in 2019, Dave held various operations and management positions within the oilfield services sector for Deltide Energy Services and Abrado Wellbore. 

Cary Bowman

Director, Sales and Marketing

Cary Bowman has over 40 years of experience in drilling, completion and well abandonment ranging broadly from the domestic US onshore shale, offshore shelf and deepwater Gulf of Mexico, to international areas including Canada, Mexico, South America, North Sea, Middle East, and the Far East.  He has held various operations and management positions within the oilfield service sector for Baker Hughes, Tam International, Deltide Energy Services and Abrado Wellbore.  Cary holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas.

Thomas Wyant

Gulf Coast Operations Manager

Thomas Wyant has over 35 years of operational experience having held various roles from driller / tool pusher and fishing supervisor  to operations technical advisement and managerial positions. Including 18 years as a fishing supervisor and district manager. Thomas Has worked with the industry’s best at Knight Oil Tools, Deltide, And Fishing Tools inc.
