Jeremiah "J.R." Hatcher

Jeremiah “J.R.” Hatcher serves as the Store Manager for Dynasty Energy Services’ McAlester, Oklahoma location. With more than 20 years of experience across multiple sectors of the oil and gas industry, J.R. brings extensive operational knowledge and leadership to the Dynasty team.

J.R. began his career on a workover rig and went on to join Weatherford, where he advanced through positions including tool washing, dispatch, and Location Supervisor I. Throughout his career, he has served in roles ranging from shop hand to District Manager, gaining a deep understanding of field operations, personnel coordination, and multi-state shop management across Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, and North Dakota. Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, J.R. is dedicated to supporting his team and ensuring efficient, high-quality service at the McAlester branch. Though new to Dynasty Energy Services, he brings a strong sense of purpose and is eager to contribute to the company’s continued growth.

J.R. has been married to his wife for 23 years, and together they have four children ranging from 8 to 20 years old. He values family, teamwork, and integrity in both his personal and professional life.
